Outstanding Achiever in Taiwan's Fixed Income ETF category is the Capital ICE Int 15+ Year US EM External Sov ETF, which gives investors exposure to an asset class typically only accessible to large institutions. It tracks the ICE International 15+ Year US Emerging Markets External Sovereign Index and consists mainly of 11 emerging market countries with credit ratings of investment-grade US dollar sovereign debt.

Capital Group has considerable expertise across Taiwanese bond ETFs, and the chief portfolio manager has more than ten year's investment management experience. The ETF is market value-weighted. The R-square is higher than 85%, with a bid-offer spread between 0.25% and 0.5% in the past 12 months.

The ETF was established in 2018, and over the past year to June 2020, assets under management have grown 76% from 29.2 bn TWD to 51.5 bn TWD.
